70% of change initiatives fail on some level. One reason we can’t get to usage much less to adoption is we may lack commitment and accountability at more than one level. In this workshop, we will provide insights into the human element of change and tools that can be used to achieve stakeholder commitment, leading to a higher likelihood of adopted change. Attendees will leave this session with tools and templates they can use that day.
LOs – Desired Outcomes:
- Analyze various tools and strategies to employ during projects to achieve higher adoption.
- Understand the human element of change, based on the Bridges Transition Model
- Share, discuss, and evaluate best practices to expand your toolbox
- Evaluate assessments to measure progress and effectiveness of the change.
This program is FREE for all ATD-GTC members. Members may bring one complimentary, registered guest.
