Operationalizing Leadership – Connecting Development to Outcomes
As talent experts, we know the importance of leaders being effective as people managers. Most leaders in our organizations would also agree with that. And still, it is not easy to get the buy-in needed for sustainable behavior change and commitment to aligned leadership expectations. The operation, the bottom line, and the perceived ROI are the obstacles we face as talent developers.
Join us as Sarah McNally from Endeavor Air, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, shares the work she and her team are doing to connect leadership development to operational objectives and how she gets buy-in with a both/and approach, not either/or.
This program is FREE for all ATD-GTC members. Members may bring one complimentary, registered guest.
