In this laughter-filled, fast and fun workshop hosted by Brave New Outpost (formerly Brave New Workshop), you will experience the proven techniques of applied improvisation and will learn how this playful approach to learning can be used to expand your learner’s comfort zone, can help you build meaningful connections with your learners and can help re-energize your spirit and sense of joy in developing and delivering learning experiences that make a difference.
Perfectly suited for introverts, extroverts, analytical thinkers, creative types, perfectionists (recovering or not), and anyone who enjoys having fun and bringing fun to life in their work!
Session attendees will:
- Understand the role of fun and play in learning and find new ways to use play to innovate learning experiences
- Practice skills to bolster personal authenticity, presence, and confidence, bringing your energy to help focus learning and growth
- Introduce behaviors you can use to create a positive learning environment in the classroom, where people can speak up, share new ideas, and embrace change as fuel
- Bring new energy to your coaching and development sessions, showcasing how our mindset, responses, reactions and responses can inspire and energize those we support and mentor
