Change Leadership

The Change Leadership Community of Practice focuses on the dynamics and strategies of leading change within organizations. This COP will also focus on the phases of change and how people navigate through it.

Together, we explore best practices and theories, case studies and real-world examples, needed skills and competencies, tools and techniques, and more. Our group fosters a supportive environment where ATD-GTC members can share experiences, challenges, and insights, enabling everyone to become more effective change leaders in their respective fields.

Small Yet Mighty

Are you a learning and development team of one or part of a “small yet mighty” learning and development team? If so, the Small Yet Mighty community of practice might be right for you. Each quarter, we gather to network, share best practices with each other and learn from experts in an interactive small and large group format.

While the topics are applicable to teams of any size, we gear the discussions towards getting the work done with few resources and few people. Let the Small Yet Might community of practice be your sounding board as you look for innovative ways to move your learning and development team forward.

Leadership Development

This community of practice is for anyone who aspires to be at their best as a leader and support others to do the same. We welcome organizational leaders as well as leadership development facilitators, coaches and consultants.

The book banter community of practice is an opportunity to connect with others and share insights and your perspective on the selected book.

We believe learning and growing together is fun. In the sessions we will talk about the book, ideas in the book and how those ideas apply out work and lives.
