Our ability to influence change depends on how we show up. Trust is often the deciding factor between being seen as an order taker versus a trusted partner.
In this interactive session, we’ll take a deep dive into trust and self-awareness, helping you uncover:
* How you currently demonstrate trust (or unintentionally break it).
* The difference between being a thought leader versus just executing tasks.
* How to show up with credibility so leaders and teams want to work with you.
This session is introspective, interactive, and eye-opening—designed to spark insights that will shape how you build trust and influence change within your organization.
This program is FREE for all ATD-GTC members. Members may bring one complimentary, registered guest.
