  • Lead and Learn: September – Feedback & Fries

    September 16, 2026

4:30 PM – 6:00 PM – Location: Park Tavern, 3401 Louisiana Ave S, St. Louis Park, MN 55426

We all know feedback matters, but most organizations still struggle to make it part of everyday behavior.

Whether you’re new to L&D or bring years of experience, this interactive session is designed to be a welcoming, inclusive space to connect, share insights and learn from one another. Together, we’ll explore essential ways L&D can strengthen feedback across the organization:

    • Building a culture where feedback feels safe, frequent and expected
    • Equipping leaders with the skills and models to give meaningful feedback
    • Creating learning experiences that deliver powerful, actionable feedback

Join us for a semi-structured conversation, with a twist, that will leave you with fresh insights and ready-to-use strategies.

Space is limited to 15 participants, so be sure to register early.

We’re thrilled to share that ATD Twin Cities events have been filling quickly — and many now have active waitlists. That is such a great reflection of the engaged, curious, and committed community we continue to build together.
