Amelia Giuliani is a Learning & Development Manager at TempWorks Software, where she spends her days thinking about how people learn, grow, and thrive at work. With over 10 years in the L&D space, she’s worn many hats—from facilitator to strategist—and now focuses on human performance and making change initiatives actually stick. She’s especially passionate about the role of sponsorship in driving successful change. When she’s not exploring better ways to work, you’ll likely find her puzzling or hanging out with her two boys.
