This event is limited to 15 people
Did you know that about 60% of employees believe training directly improves their job performance? Join us at our next Lead and Learn session: It’s all about performance—and pizza to help fuel our discussion!
This session provides an opportunity to lead discussions and learn from others regarding the role of performance change in L&D. Be prepared to share:
- Demonstrating performance in training
- Measuring the impact of training on performance
- Additional solutions that influence performance
We’ll have plenty of time for networking, too!
This program is FREE for all ATD-GTC members. Members may bring one complimentary, registered guest.
