Josh Fields, Change Lead
With over two decades of driving organizational change in the retail and utility industries, Josh is passionate about turning strategy into results through people-first solutions. His “superpower” lies in designing practical approaches that make change stick—helping teams not just adapt, but thrive. Guided by the belief that everyone can change when offered positive intent, inclusion, and time, Josh now serves as Change Lead at REI Co-op, championing transformation across 200 stores nationwide.
