Tammy has been studying people all her life. With an early curiosity for human dynamics, she has built a business helping leaders and teams experience workplace transformation. She has created programs for sustainable change that match the business’s greatest growth needs. Tammy accelerates the learningand connection with everyone in her programs. Tammy had the great fortune of working for Inscape Publishing (now Wiley) training thousands of business owners and leaders how to integrate Everything DiSC into their L & D programs.  She is intimately familiar with the depths of the tool and how it can truly help teams see each other in a new, more meaningful way.

Katie Selby, Certified Coach

Katie is well-known for coaching early career professionals looking to align their values with their career pursuits. Katie creates transformational experiences through one-to-one coaching, group coaching, and destination retreats. She also designs and delivers custom talent development experiences for intern programs, early career talent programs, professional associations, and alumni groups. Using frameworks from design-thinking and narrative coaching, Katie helps clients define current needs and prototype future possibilities. Katie is proud to be an ICF Professional Certified Coach and a Certified Designing Your Life Coach.
